Re-Import an Existing Order

When you edit or cancel an order in your ecommerce front-end software, that change will automatically flow through to Duoplane.  There might however be a lag of several minutes between when the order is updated in the cart and when the change is reflected in Duoplane.

If you would like to see the change immediately in Duoplane, you will need to manually refresh the order. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the order record in Duoplane
  2. In the sidebar entitled Order Actions, click the link Re-import from cart
