Turn Tracking Notices On or Off for a Single Shipment

You can configure Duoplane to trigger a tracking notification to your customer for each shipment that is exported to your cart. This is generally set at the store level.

There might be times, though, when you will want a specific shipment to be treated different that the default. In those cases, you can override the store-level setting for an individual shipment.

When creating a shipment, you will see a toggle at the bottom of the shipment form that allows you to turn shipment notifications on or off for that shipment only.


The toggle defaults to the value that you have set at the store level in your Store Settings.
