When you create accounts for vendors to access their Duoplane vendor portal you may want to minimize information displayed for them either for privacy or simplicity. On the Order Management Preferences settings page you can toggle permissions on/off for vendors.
- In your Duoplane Retailer account, navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Order Management
- Go to the bottom of the page in the section titled Vendor permissions
- From here you can edit information visibility and permissions as described below
- Click Save when done
