In the event you have a SKU that's available from multiple channels, you may want to specify in Duoplane that these are in fact the same product, with the same SKU, sold in different stores or clarify if they are not so they can be handled differently. Similarly, you may have one SKU that has multiple suppliers and want to track availability per supplier.
This guide will show you how to locate and change settings for both.

Link shared SKUs from different supplier as one SKU in Duoplane
- In your Duoplane Retailer account, navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Products and Inventory
- At the top section of the page, you will see a section titled Inventory tracking
- Toggle the option for Product SKUs are unique to either "YES" or "NO"
If set to Yes, different products from your ecommerce channels will be linked the same underlying product in Duoplane if they share the same SKU.
If set to No, this tells Duoplane that product SKUs are not unique and there can be more than one type of product sharing the same Retailer SKU but they will not be linked in Duoplane.
